World Peace Chocolate Cake

This dessert comes from my mom's recipe box. It is a devil's food cake with extra chocolate chips and a chocolate glaze, which come to think of it, sounds like it was probably my mom's secret weapon to cure whatever ailed me. A cake like that can solve all the world's problems.
