This creamy, warm drink comes together with practically no work on your end. Put out bowls of mini-marshmallows, crushed up peppermint sticks, whipped cream and liquors for a hot chocolate buffet kids and adults will love!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large 6-7 qt crock pot. Cover and cook on high for one hour. Stir, lower to low if the chocolate chips are melting. Keep on high if not. Cook for one more hour.
  2. Switch to the warm setting and give another whisk. If you have an immersion blender, use that to really mix everything together.

Notes

Stays warm without burning to the bottom for at least 4 hours.
