**We use tomatoes and basil straight from Springdale Farm here in Southeastern Wisconsin to make this light soup. A touch of Parmesan gives the soup a creamy finish.

**This warm and savory casserole hits all the Mexican-inspired marks – peppers, corn, lime, black beans, enchilada sauce, and, of course, cheese!

#Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Sweet Potato Fries

**Bar food has gone healthy! Chicken breasts are grilled and then coated in homemade buffalo sauce. A bleu cheese dressing cools down the dish, while lettuce and celery give the tacos crunch. Served with spiced-up sweet potato fries.

#Spicy Chipotle Beef with Grits and Zucchini

**This scrumptious beef is spicy, so come prepared to be warmed from the inside out. The cheesy grits pair nicely and bring their own heat to the party. The zucchini will cool things down, but I’d still recommend a glass of cold milk for everyone at the family table tonight!

**Twelve weeks and just about as many test batches later and I can confidently say these are the best chocolate chip cookies you’ll eat this week. Dark chocolate adds depth while traditional semi-sweet chocolate satisfy the sweet tooth in all of us.
