Local Flavor Entrees and Desserts
The Milwaukee area is simply teeming with amazing food! We love sharing our local favorites with our customers by bringing our friends' food right to dinner tables around the area. Once each month (or sometimes more when we're feeling really celebratory), we feature an entrée or dessert from a locally-owned food business on our delivery menu. We also keep a handful of shelf-stable items on hand in our Marketplace. These items are available on all menus.
Enjoying these Local Flavors, both via TRGL Delivery and by visiting them in person, is a great way to cheer on our incredible food community!

Hands down one of the most popular Local Flavors to have ever hit our menu, we are understandably huge fans of Flour Girl and Flame! Famous for their signature sourdough pizza crust, they use only the best ingredients for their hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas and have even perfected their DIY pizza kit game. Oh, and the hot honey? There's a reason it's a staple on our Marketplace menu. Hit up Flour Girl and Flame- you won't be sorry!

Our favorite tall guy and his team really know their way around a smoker, so you're definitely going to want to try their BBQ Berkshire pork ribs, pimento cheese mashed potatoes, and roasted Brussels sprouts with Nueske's black pepper bacon. Offering catering services for everything from backyard parties to corporate summits, you can't go wrong with this local favorite!
Lumpia City
Filipino Appetizers with Huge Flavor
Lumpia (pronounced LOOM-pee-uh) is a Filipino appetizer that is comparable to an egg roll. The thin, crispy wrapper gives a delicious crunch to every bite! This locally celebrated food truck is known far and wide for their delicious lumpia and you can order it to be delivered right to your home if you are in their delivery zone! We absolutely adore Lumpia City!

One of the best things about summer is that it's Food Truck Season! It's the time when we happily juggle a cold beer in one hand with a plastic boat of deep fried goodness in the other, preferable with live music playing in the vicinity. We're bringing the food truck vibes to your front door year round with Tots on the Street! Choose from two delicious flavors: Cheese Curd or Sour Cream & Chive. May we suggest a side of Ranch?
Milwaukee Pretzel Company
"Bavarian Beast" Soft Pretzels
While technically more of a hearty appetizer than main course, we've been known to turn one of these bad boys into a meal. Pair it with all the dips or a beer cheese soup and your tastebuds will be singing!
Each pretzel from Milwaukee Pretzel Company is hand-rolled, hand-twisted and packed with a side of pretzel salt.
BB Cakes
Half Pound Cookies!!
My dudes, there are cookies and then there are COOKIES. These softball sized sweet treats from BB Cakes defy the laws of physics (and oven baking) on their way to the most blissed out sugar coma you've ever enjoyed.
When not on our menu, BB Cakes can be found in the metro Milwaukee area farmers market and makers market scene. They are also on restaurant menus around town.

Make any day a celebration with a BatterMKE mini cake - available in three flavors - and we won't even tell anyone if you decide not to share.
Coming soon in 2023 - Brittany of BatterMKE is joining forces with her macaron-making sister to open a large bakery and cooking school space in Menomonee Falls. Count us in as it's all of our favorite things under one roof!

Driftless Provisions is Ryan Wagner, Justin VerMeer, and Spencer Schaller. They are here to make good food for moments of togetherness. Food is a timeless and universal convener that not only draws us together, but also gives us joy. They choose to make salami because it is a unique craft that is boundless in its variety, is shelf stable, and can go wherever we want to take it whether that’s to dinner with friends or sundown in the backcountry.
Larry's Market & Deli
Is there anything more comforting than a pot pie? The answer is obviously, no. Larry's Market & Deli in Brown Deer makes flaky, delicious pot pies in a variety of flavors and they are the perfect solution to keep on hand for the dinner in a pinch that always seems to pop up at the busiest times. We're partial to the Top Notch Taco and the Beer Brat & Cheese flavors, but there are a variety of options for everyone to find something they love.

After a few years of running the pop up shop out of Ardent on weekend nights, Red Light Ramen has become a restaurant of it's own. Featuring a much larger menu but keeping the same funky vibe, Red Light Ramen is the zenith of Ramen in Milwaukee.

Panang Curry with Rice
This curry was such a hit with TRGL friends! This dish is richer and sweeter than the more herbal Thai red curry and comes with your choice of meat stewed in thick, sweet curry and coconut milk with zucchini, carrots, baby corn with a touch of fragrant citrus leaves and basil. This dish does have a bit of heat.
Located at 5930 W. North Ave in Milwaukee, Mekong Cafe offers a unique take on Southeast Asian cuisine, all prepared fresh daily using only the highest quality ingredients. In one stop, you can select from a captivating menu of Laos, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes while also shopping at the market for a wide selection of products and enjoy the juice bar!

One of the very best food trucks in the entire Milwaukee area and these kabobs are the star of the show. Offering catering packages with everything from kabobs to lumpia and adobo bowls, there truly is something for everyone! When this bento box hit the delivery route, folks were singing with joy over the succulent Chinese 5 spice, barbequed char siu chicken paired with sticky purple rice, and lihing carrot pineapple slaw for a Hawaiian take on summer dinner.
