Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

When I go out to pick our strawberries, I also grab bags full of sugar snap peas for my girls to gobble up. I’ll give you the ingredients to saute these sweet treats, but you may just want to snack on them raw. Even the pickiest vegetable eater will be happy!

Instructions: Heat the seasoned oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the sugar snap peas and saute, tossing occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes, until the sugar snap peas are crisp-tender. Place the sugar snap peas in a serving bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.

Ingredients: Fresh sugar snap peas, olive oil, salt, pepper
