BREAKFAST: Sarah’s Blueberry Muffin Coffee Cake

Cake for breakfast? Sign me up! This yummy dish will get gobbled up on the way to school or in the car without complaint (well, except for the crumbs, but we make no apology for those). We use the last of our Michigan blueberries for this treat.

Instructions: Store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to two months.
