Chef’s Choice Roasted Veggies
These are lightly seasoned to bring out the bright flavors of all of our favorite seasonal veggies.
Instructions: Since some of the other dishes this week just require reheating, I’ll do the cooking for the veggies too. If you rather roast the veggies yourself (400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes) for an even fresher product, please leave a comment in the notes.
Ingredients: Veggies, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice
