Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Cool weather calls for baby cabbages, AKA Brussels sprouts. If you haven’t tried these little green globes in awhile, let me give you a chance to come back. After 50 years of swearing off Brussels sprouts, this became my mom’s favorite side dish. Give it a try yourself!

Instructions: Reheat in an oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes until cooked through and your desired level of crunchy exterior has been achieved. You could also reheat in the microwave.

Ingredients: Brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper
