Freshly roasted asparagus is a perfect complement to this week’s entrees. Lightly seasoned and slightly crunchy. Doesn’t get better than that!
Instructions: Since some of the other dishes this week just require reheating, I’ll do the cooking for the asparagus, too. If you rather roast the asparagus yourself (400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes) for an even fresher product, please leave a comment in the notes.
