Mediterranean Lentil Burger with Shredded Carrot Salad

The hunt for the perfect meat-free burger brought us to this delicious dish. The patty is made from lentils, the sauce from yogurt and mint and the carrots make the perfect light side dish or topping.


About Single Serving Orders

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below.  If you order the “lunchbox style”, it comes with a tasty piece of fruit.


Instructions: In a large skillet, cook burgers until browned and firm, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve patties on buns dressed with the yogurt sauce and lettuce. The cold carrot salad can be used as a topping or side dish.
