ABOUT SINGLE SERVING ORDERS
This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below. If you order the “lunchbox style”, it comes with a piece of fruit.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with sides with cooking spray. Lay green beans in one layer in the dish. Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place between beans on the prepared baking pan. Drizzle everything with butter mixture (first re-melting in the microwave, if necessary.) Place into oven and bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients: Tilapia, green beans, unsalted butter, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper
