Citrus and Black Pepper Chicken with Lemon Parmesan Pasta
This dinner will have your kitchen smelling like the tropics and your belly pleasantly pleased. Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a unique sauce of lime, orange, chili powder and black pepper. The pasta is cheesy and bright.

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below. If you order the “lunchbox style”, it comes with fruit.
Instructions: Heat a teaspoon of oil or a coating of cooking spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken pieces in the hot skillet along with half of the marinade. Cook, turning occasionally to coat the chicken. If the sauce starts to evaporate, turn down the heat or add a bit of water.
Reheat spaghetti in the microwave.
