Cider Roasted Root Vegetables
This seasonal side dish is made of carrots and parsnips roasted with a fresh apple cider glaze. Haven’t tried parsnips recently? This is a great starter dish!
Instructions: Reheat in the microwave or a quick shot in the oven.
Ingredients: Carrots, parsnips, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
