Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce and Cauliflower Stir-Fry

This dinner kit brings you lots of flavor in not a lot of time. Grill or saute the chicken while the cauliflower is stir-fried in a spicy sriracha sauce. And that peanut dipping sauce… Well, you’re going to want to put that on everything!


About Single Serving Orders

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below.  If you order the “lunchbox style”, it comes with a tasty piece of fruit.


Instructions: Heat a dollop of vegetable, sesame or olive oil a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the cauliflower and cook for about 3 minutes until there are some charred parts. Stir periodically.
Once slightly charred, add the sauce and green onions and stir again. Serve with lime wedges immediately.
Meanwhile, the chicken can be cooked on the grill or in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Place directly on the cooking surface from the marinade. Allow to cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
