Caramel Delight Bread

Here’s a shout-out to everyone’s favorite Girl Scout cookie! (Unless you are a weirdo like my husband and prefer thin mints. Only over ice cream, sir!!) Coconut, caramel and chocolate are so good in this otherwise traditional banana bread recipe.

Instructions: Slice off a thin piece and enjoy for breakfast, lunch or late-night snack! Best with milk or coffee.

Ingredients: Bananas, all-natural applesauce, eggs, vanilla, King Arthur flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vegetable oil, Guittard semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, Smucker’s salted caramel topping
