Here’s a quick note to highlight all the legal things y’all might be worried about when doing business with me.
Wisconsin Food Code would tell you that eats raw or undercooked eggs, poultry, meat, or seafood is an adventure. I’d double down and say anytime you ingest food you’re taking a risk. I work only with top-quality ingredients and in the cleanest of clean conditions, but we are delivering food here. Please use common sense and keep food at proper temperatures at all times.
To that end, if you will not be there when we deliver our food, please have a cooler with ice packs available at your delivery site. If nothing is left, we will leave the food in a cooler bag and invoice you $10.
I label my food for gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, but these items are cooked in a kitchen that is open to all ingredients. If you have a life threatening reason for following a special diet, let’s talk before you place an order.
In exchange, please do me a solid and don’t steal information, pictures, etc. from this site or my business in general. I do not permit the use of my photographs without consent. If you’re really interested in a pic, just shoot me a line. I really like compliments, so that (and proper credits when you use it!) are typically all it will take.
All photography featured on this site is done by The Real Good Life unless otherwise noted.
I reserve the right to remove any comments and nasty, hurtful, rude comments will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. I love a good debate, but I don’t like meanies. Blame the fact I’m an only child – I still have thin skin!
Unless I tell you otherwise, I don’t accept money, goods or trips to warm weather climes to write nice stuff. My opinions are my opinions and that’s all.
I 100% believe in shopping local and/or with small business, one-(wo)man shops. I will always throw my support this direction vs. towards the big guy.
I do participate in affiliate marketing through select companies and businesses, and also occasionally will partner with a company that I feel represents the high standards of the The Real Good Life.
