The Easiest Pickle Recipe with an Eco-Friendly Bent

Raise your hand if some days you just want an easy win. Me! Me! Pick me!!

I’m not too proud to admit that I sometimes put even the most minute projects on my to-do list just for the satisfaction of crossing them off. I have a feeling I’m not alone.

To scratch that itch, please enjoy my newest video* – how to make pickles. It will take you more time to watch the video than do the work. That’s the kind of kitchen project we can all enjoy.

* At this stage of the game, this video is now probably my oldest. I’m about 14 hairstyles and two kitchens away from this video, but the premise stays the same. I’ve made countless recycled pickles since then. It’s my husband’s favorite way to contribute to dinner!

Give it a whirl and let us know how it goes. Also, let’s see those pickles out in the wild! We’ve got roughly six more weeks of grilling season ahead of us. Let’s make the most of it, friends!
