Everyone loves a good cheese spread! This sweet and savory version comes together fast using Clock Shadow Creamery quark cheese, lemon, jam, Italian seasoning, and a little salt. Bon appetit!

  • 8 oz quark cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 3 tbsp jam or preserves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and allow at least 30 minutes in the fridge for flavors to mingle.
    Serve with your favorite pretzels, crackers, or fruit.


This dip also makes a great spread for sandwiches. Try with turkey and arugula on whole grain bread.
