Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

This is a fool proof recipe for hard boiled eggs. Perfect for Easter eggs or just a great snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 6-12 large eggs
Instructions
- Add water to a 6-qt Instant Pot. Place metal trivet into the pot. Gently add eggs on top of the trivet.
- Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 6 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Cool eggs in a bowl of ice water for 1 minute. Drain well and peel.
