How I’m Using the Menu
This week’s food comes together relatively quickly. If I have time on Monday night, I’ll make the Sticky Sesame Cauliflower for dinner that night. While the cauliflower roasts, prep the Colorful Fruit Salad to have on hand for dinner or lunch boxes throughout the week.
After dinner, turn the podcast back on and prep the Citrus Pepper Chicken with Lemon Spaghetti for dinner the next night. Then on night two dinner comes together in a snap!
Save the Coconut Shrimp and Green Bean Fries for a night where you need a little pizazz as this is just begging for a Theme Night. Now before you get too nervous about what I mean by Theme Night, I mean break out paper plates and call it a picnic or pick up one of those never-found-in-nature bouquets of flowers from the grocery store as a centerpiece. Boom – themed. š
