My yoga practice has taught me that we can build heat in the body through movement, breath, or what we eat and drink. Well, this week’s menu will leave your insides at the perfect temperature through the flavor, temperature, and nutritional qualities!!

How To Use This Menu
Carve out a couple of hours over the weekend or early in the week and you’ll be set for days.
The sweet potatoes and sauce from the Sweet Potato Burritos can be made far in advance. Or assemble the burritos the night before. (But don’t top with sauce until it’s cooking time.) When it comes time to eat, make a super easy side. Combine 2 cups of frozen corn, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp taco seasoning (or just garlic salt) and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stir before serving. Yum!
The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup will make your whole house smell good while it simmers on the stove and the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bites are the perfect weekend project. Pop one in each lunch box as the week progresses for guaranteed smiles.
Finally, save the Chicken Parm Spaghetti for a quick weeknight meal. Serve it with a salad or add a pint of cherry tomatoes into the sauce to get some healthy veggies.
