Hot Chocolate for a Crowd

- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Stir together all ingredients in a large 6-7 qt crock pot. Cover and cook on high for one hour. Stir, lower to low if the chocolate chips are melting. Keep on high if not. Cook for one more hour.
- Switch to the warm setting and give another whisk. If you have an immersion blender, use that to really mix everything together.
Stays warm without burning to the bottom for at least 4 hours.
