Hey, there guys and gals! Here’s your warning that the store will be closed for a fall break the week of October 18th. We’ve got a great holiday season of ideas to prepare for so we’re going to take a week to get ready (and maybe enjoy a little R&R.)
The next two weeks will have a lot of freezable meals so you won’t even miss us while we’re gone. This week the Spinach and Red Pepper Quinoa Casserole could go right in the freezer, while all the entrees next week are perfect, too. Don’t forget this month’s freezer meal, Butternut Squash Lasagna. I could eat this lasagna once a week all through the cold weather months. The goat cheese, sage and butternut squash are perfecto!
