ABOUT SINGLE SERVING ORDERS

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work and include extras, so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below. If you order the "lunchbox style", it comes with an orange and your selection of extra side. Please let me know in the notes if you'd like additional fruit, carrot sticks, a pimento cheese scone, or a pub style chocolate chip cookie on the side.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes into 1" pieces and toss with spiced olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet coated in cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes. Stir once or twice. Meanwhile, reheat sloppy joe mix in the microwave or on the stovetop. Toast the buns if you like that sort of thing. ;) Ingredients: Ground turkey, carrots, green peppers, zucchini, garlic, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary Special Diets: Dairy Free, Nut Free'>

Sneaky Sloppy Joes with Roasted Potatoes

$10.00$32.00

Bring on the napkins; we are making a mess for dinner tonight! I sneak in carrots, green peppers and zucchini in with the ground turkey and finger-licking good sauce so you can enjoy good old-fashioned white potatoes on the side and still have a well-rounded meal.

Sidenote: I’ve tried to cut the taters for you, but they end up turning gray. Wah wah. So this one does require a few knife strokes on your part…
