Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork Over Mashed Sweet Potatoes

$12.00$68.00

There’s pulled pork and then there is THIS pulled pork. It’s not a BBQ pork; it’s more of a sweet and savory sauce making this the perfect topping for the mashed sweet potatoes.

I’ll use chicken stock in place of milk to mash the taters, making this a dairy-free and flavor-full meal.

ABOUT SINGLE SERVING ORDERS

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work and include extras, so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below.

If you order the “lunchbox style”, it comes with a pear and your selection of extra side. Please let me know in the notes if you’d like additional fruit, carrot sticks, cheesy garlic bread or a chunky cheesecake brownie on the side.

Instructions: Heat meat and mashed potatoes in the microwave or on the stovetop. Serve with meat on top of the sweet potatoes.
