Frozen Butternut Squash Lasagna

This vegetarian lasagna is a crowd-pleaser no matter what time of year I make it. It uses butternut squash, goat cheese, and sage to warm your heart and your belly. Conveniently frozen and ready to pop in the oven for a cozy and hearty fall meal.


Instructions: Let the casserole thaw overnight in the fridge. (If you miss this step, just add more baking time.)

Remove plastic wrap and cover with aluminum foil or lid and bake for 30* minutes at 375 degrees. Remove foil and continue to bake uncovered for about 15 minutes until it starts to bubble and the cheese turns golden brown. Remove and let rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
