“Tooned Up” Chicken Paprikash

$10.00$32.00

I tried to recreate my mom’s chicken paprikash only to realize there was no redeeming nutritional value. Wah. Wah. Here, I dress up the basic recipe by adding vegetables and using Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. Chicken is highlighted by a large shake of paprika giving this dish a beautiful color.

P.S. My mom called me “Toonie”. Many tanks go out to a witty friend for the cute name of this dish to honor that nickname!
