Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

This was one of the first dishes Maggie learned to cook when she was a little girl. Granted, her mom taught her a version with flour, butter, Velveeta and saltine topping. Now we’re making a simple dish with hand-grated cheddar cheese and fresh cauliflower. That’s pretty much it! Heat up and dig in.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly browned. Serve immediately.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, paprika, thyme, salt, red pepper flakes
