ABOUT SINGLE SERVING ORDERS

This size is available in “lunchbox style” or “make at home” versions. For the lunchbox, I’ll do all the work and include extras, so you’re all set for the brown bag. If you select “make at home”, you get to spend some time in the kitchen. I don’t do your dishes, but I’ve done the rest of your dirty work. Basic time and instructions are included below. If you order the "lunchbox style", it comes with strawberries and your selection of extra side. Please let me know in the notes if you'd like additional fruit, carrot sticks, loaded baked potato dip with kettle brand chips or a chewy chocolate chip granola bar.
Instructions: Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray. Toss sweet potatoes with spiced oil and bake for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, add the chicken wings to the same sheet (or similarly prepared one). A few seconds under the broiler would finish off both the wings and the potatoes nicely but isn't required. Grilling Method: To grill, follow these general directions from The Kitchn. To make the sweet potatoes on the grill, spray a large sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Mix the potatoes with the seasoned oil and pour onto foil. Add a couple tablespoons of water and seal foil packet. Place on the grill over medium heat and let cook for 20-30 minutes, turning the packet every 10 minutes or so. $10.00$32.00

We have tried bunches of wing sauce around these parts and consider this one to be the best of the best! I’ll do the first half of cooking, so you’ll just need one cookie sheet and 30 minutes of baking time to get this scrumptious meal on the table. Alternatively, you can throw them on the grill for a quick cookout. No prep work necessary!
